How We Handle Your Request

- Verification: We will verify your identity to protect your privacy and prevent fraudulent requests
- Response: We will fulfill your request within 45 calendar days. If we need more time (up to 90 days total), we will notify you with the reason for the extension
- No discrimination: Exercising your rights will not affect your access to AthLife services or content
- No account required: You do not need to create an account to submit a request
- Authorized agents: You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require written proof of authorization
